Are you the most organised person you know?

Do people see you as a Microsoft 365 whizz?

Have you proactively supported senior people before?

We’re looking for an Executive Support Officer to facilitate the day-to-day working lives of our Executive team and be the first point of contact for our Board, being immersed within our organisation and playing a role in helping us achieve our mission of ‘supporting people to get the most out of life’.

Paying a salary of £28,850 per year plus access to a range of generous employee benefits including:

  • 26 days annual leave increasing with each year of service (up to 31 days)
  • Primarily office based with opportunities to work from home
  • 6% employer pension contribution
  • Access to an employee benefits scheme including a free Blue Light Card
  • An excellent employee wellbeing offer
  • A fantastic opportunity to make a big impact with a great organisation

(Right to work: We do not hold a Sponsor Licence and are therefore unable to progress applicants requiring sponsorship to work in the UK)

No two days will look the same…one day you could be finalising Board papers and the next helping deliver an engagement event, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who can think on their feet and thrive within a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking someone who is personable, discreet, friendly and flexible, who is able to hit the ground running and provide comprehensive support ideal to showcase your digital skills, adaptability and commitment.

In return we can promise your work will be varied and that you’ll be joining a Community Interest Company with a fantastic culture where everybody is given the opportunity to be themselves, make a difference and be supported to achieve their full potential.
