Our focus is on maintaining high standards, listening to and learning from the people who use our services, investing in staff and having positive relationships with our regulators and commissioners.

Our standards

Our services are registered with the Care Quality Commission who regularly inspect us to make sure the services we deliver are Safe, Caring, Responsive, Efficient and Well Led. We also have our own Quality Assurance Framework, through which we apply rigorous standards, monitor and audit our services and continually drive improvement.

Our commitment to quality is reflected at all levels of our organisation, from Board members and the Senior Leadership Team to service managers and front line staff. Quality of care is at the heart of all that we do.

Listening and learning

We are proud to be a learning organisation and we listen carefully to all feedback about our services. We regularly ask service users, their families and our partners for feedback. We are committed to using their experience to drive improvement.

We take learning from external inspections as an opportunity to improve and actively seek out examples of good practice and innovation to help further shape and develop our delivery.
