MioCare is committed to providing high quality services to the people we support and we strive for excellence in all that we do. We do this by ensuring our focus is on maintaining high standards, listening to and learning from the people who use our services, investing in our staff and having positive relationships with our regulators and commissioners.

Our standards

Our services are registered with the Care Quality Commission who regularly inspect us to make sure the services we deliver are Safe, Caring, Responsive, Efficient and Well Led. We also have our own Quality Assurance Framework, through which we apply rigorous standards, monitor and audit our services and continually drive improvement.

Listening and learning

We are proud to be a learning organisation and we listen carefully to all feedback about our services. We regularly ask our customers, their families and our partners for feedback and we are committed to using their experiences to help us shape and improve our services. We take learning from external inspections as an opportunity to improve and actively seek out examples of good practice and innovation to help further develop our services.
