Job Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service, working with vulnerable adults in our Supported Living Service.

We are seeking concierge personnel to take responsibility for the daytime operations in a Supported Living property, including front of house customer service, security, health and safety, minor administrative duties, cleanliness and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • The primary aim of the concierge is to ensure security of the facilities and to provide a safe and protected environment.
  • To greet all visitors and provide outstanding customer service to all, visitors and residents of the facility. 
  • To undertake regular building checks/housing tasks and to provide effective liaison with care staff and emergency services involved in relation to housing and security issues.
  • To address all health and safety and security matters appropriately ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all.
  • To keep administrative building records and liaise with management and staff as appropriate.
