We recently completed a Workforce Survey, which gave us all here at the MioCare Group plenty to think about.
We were pleased that feedback was largely very positive, but of course there's always plenty to reflect on and get better at.
Having now gathered all that feedback, one thing that was raised a number of times was that people would like to understand more about each other’s varying roles and the work happening in different services and areas of our organisation.
Another point raised was that colleagues really value seeing our Senior Leadership Team in the locations where services are being delivered.
So, with all that in mind we’re launching a new initiative…
‘Walking in your shoes’
- It will increase our understanding of each other’s roles and how different care and support is delivered
- It will help us all gain new perspective, knowledge and experience
- It will broaden access to different teams, including the Senior Leadership Team
- It’s open to everyone working at MioCare, throughout 2024
A few words from our Director of Care, Dorothy Delooze...
"We'll all see more of what goes on across the Group, and from the viewpoint of someone delivering a different role. Look out for some photos and words across our social media in the coming days, weeks and months - we can't wait to get started!"
We will add highlights to this news story (see below) as colleagues take part.
