"Cheers!"

A very happy bunch after a lovely coffee morning together at Trinity House Extra Care scheme in Oldham recently...

Our Extra Care management team have been out and about meeting the people we care for, gathering feedback on our ongoing support while enjoying a brew and a chat.

We know life isn't always simple or easy at the moment, but we're very glad to report some real positives with residents at Trinity House overwhelmingly happy with their recent experience of our service...

  • "I was recently poorly and I want to tell the team that they were a tremendous support to me and my husband. I can’t thank everyone enough - we really struggled while ill and the team showed us the support that we didn’t know we needed."
  • "The team really took care of me and it meant the world. Having someone there made me feel safe and taken care of and knowing that I could just push a button if I needed to, stopped me feeling isolated."
  • "When I had an accident and fell, the team were responsive, compassionate and caring."

Good to hear and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to come along and engage with us at the coffee morning.
