This year, Men's Health Week runs from Monday 10th - Sunday 16th June 2024.

The week shines the spotlight on the unique health concerns that men experience. It’s a reminder of the importance of proactively addressing and managing health issues by encouraging men to take charge of their well-being, make informed decisions about their lifestyle choices, and seek appropriate medical support when needed.

Health and wellbeing are important to everybody, but we know that men tend to be in worse health than women. Did you know that in the UK, men die, on average, around four years younger? Read more on the ONS website (Office for National Statistics).
