The MioCare Group are pleased to announce they have become the first Gold Partner of the Action Oldham Fund.

Part of the Action Together network, the Fund supports good causes across the borough with grants, so they can make a real difference to local people. MioCare have contributed £5000 to help support that brilliant work and are very happy to do so, being that the Group’s purpose of supporting people to get the most out of life aligns so well with that of their new partners’.

Group Board Members Cllr Fida Hussain (MioCare Group Chair), Cllr Zahid Chauhan (Cabinet Member for Health and Social Care) & Managing Director Karl Dean took a break from the task in hand to meet with Clare Taylor (Action Oldham Fund Coordinator, at Action Together) as she presented them with a plaque at their Failsworth HQ to say thanks on behalf of her organisation.

Clare said:

“We’re enthusiastic about our new partnership with the MioCare Group - with such strong businesses support and investment we’re able to fund more vital projects! There are over 1200 voluntary and community groups enhancing health and wellbeing in Oldham, helping to rebuild lives affected by poverty, crime, isolation or unemployment and they are reliant on the generous giving from individuals and businesses. Thanks to MioCare for partnering with us to transform local lives!”
